Offline Mode

Do you see the word Offline on the lower right hand corner of Outlook? If so this means that Outlook is working in Offline mode and needs to be reconnected. Right click on the word “Offline” and this should open a small options window. You should see a checkmark next to “Work Offline”. Left click on the check mark to force Outlook to work online. This should solve the problem.
