How to Setup Your Employee Email Signature

Email Signature Instructions for Outlook

  1. Click on the File menu in the upper left-hand corner.
  2. Click the Options button.
  3. Select the Mail section in the left-hand column.
  4. Click the Signatures... button on the right-hand side.
  5. Click the New button and enter a name for your new email signature (example: "IWU Signature") or select an existing signature you would like to replace.
  6. Type your signature in the text box using the settings specified by Marketing.
