Call Forwarding
Setting up call forwarding using on-campus office phone or softphone
To Turn On Call Forwarding
1. Pick up handset.
2. Follow the instructions below depending on what type of forwarding you wish to set up.
- Forwarding to another on-campus office phone - press *00 followed by the four-digit extension you wish to forward calls to
- Forwarding to a cell phone - *0091 followed by the cell phone number
- Forwarding directly to voicemail - *60
3. Hang up handset.
To Turn Off Call Forwarding
1. Pick up handset
2. Follow the instructions below depending on what type of forwarding you previously turned on.
- Forwarding to another on-campus office phone - press #10
- Forwarding to a cell phone - press #10
- Forwarding directly to voicemail - press #60
3. Hang up handset.
