Installing Magtek Card Reader for Regional Sites

To setup a MagTek Card Reader on a computer for a regional site, please follow these steps:

  1. Verify the device is connected to the computer.
  2. Go to MagTek Support and download and install the "HID Swipe Reader" and "Send Keys OCX" files located on the OCS section of the page.
  3. Add officialpayments.com to Trusted Sites in Internet Explorer.

At this point, the MagTek Reader should be functional.
