Microsoft Surface Pro Does Not Power On
Symptoms
Sometimes the Microsoft Surface Pro does not power on when the power button is pressed.
Resolution
Make sure the device is off.
Press and hold the Power and Volume Up (left side with the +) buttons at the same time for 20 seconds.
Release the buttons and press power right away.
