MediaCentral is a cloud based web service developed by Kaltura which facilitates the conversion and distribution of various audio and video media formats.

Upload a video file to MediaCentral, using 'Media Upload.'
Utilize the system's 'Express Capture' function to record content directly within a browser.
Open the 'Personal Capture' application to record, edit, upload and share a video through MediaCentral.
