Paint.NET is a proprietary freeware image editor program for Microsoft Windows, developed on the .NET Framework

What are the benefits of this program?

Using Paint.Net allows you to make quick edits to pictures (cropping, adding text).

It also provides the ability to quickly resize photos, which is beneficial when putting a picture in a Word document/ PowerPoint presentation or even when emailing the photos.

When to use this program?

Use this program any time you need to edit a photo, either by cropping an image, adding text to an image, or if you need to resize a photo.
