For IWU Windows Computers
IWU Windows Computers will have the Zoom application and Outlook plugin pre-installed beginning February 22nd 2019. You'll simply need to run the application from the "Zoom" icon on your desktop.
If for some reason the application isn't installed, or if you need it ahead of February 22nd 2019, you can also install the application by searching for "Zoom" in the application catalog.
For IWU Mac Computers
IWU Mac (Apple) Computers have permission to download and install the Zoom app. Additionally, Zoom offers two options for Microsoft Outlook: the Zoom Outlook Plugin, and the Zoom Add-In. Please discontinue the use of the Mac Zoom Outlook Plugin.
To ensure our customers are getting the best experience while adhering to policies and guidelines set by Apple and Microsoft, Zoom is highly recommending the migration of your users to the Zoom Add-In. The Add-In provides customers with an easier deployment, is actively being supported by Microsoft, and better meets Apple's recently enhanced security requirements.
To accommodate these changes, and to stay in-sync with Microsoft and Apple, we are now shifting our development resources to the Add-In and will not be providing any new updates to the Plugin. We will still continue technical support and security patches of the Zoom Plugin for Mojave OS and its predecessors; however, we will stop development of new features for future Mac OS versions. All new features will be considered for the Zoom Add-In, which has all the features of the current Plugin and is OS-agnostic.

For Non-IWU Computers
If you're using any other computer you will want to visit the Zoom Download page for details on installing the application for your device. If you are using a Mac computer, and using Microsoft Outlook for your email or calendar, please see the note in the section above, about the use of the Zoom Outlook Plugin and Add-In
