**The Virtual Assistant tool will be available in Brightspace on March 5th, 2024.**
Two buttons are initially available for quick access to support options custom to IWU. The options are only accessible at the start of a new chat session. For assistance reinitiating the chat session if you have already asked a question, please refer to the Overview of the Virtual Assistant article.
- The Report Course Content Issue button is solely for individuals who take courses with National & Global or Wesley Seminary. Students who attend classes on the main campus in Marion, Indiana, are to contact their faculty directly about any issues with course content.
- In the assistant's initial response, select the "Report a Course Content Issue form." If you need assistance filling out this form, please review our KB article, Reporting a Course Content Issue within Brightspace.
- The Knowledge Base button provides quick access to the main article and video guides for Brightspace provided by IWU.
