How to Disable Screen Sharing in Teams
Screen Sharing
By default, all participants of a Teams meeting will have the ability to share their screen. However, this setting can be changed when creating the meeting.
First Step
When creating a Teams meeting, click on More Options. If you do not see More Options, you may have to click on Options beneath the Save button.
Second Step
Find the setting named Who can present, and select the desired option.
