How to find and share a link to your Teams meeting

 

Once you have created a Teams meeting, you can invite others to join the meeting by sharing a link with them.

To obtain this link...

  1. Open Teams from the desktop app or online at https://teams.microsoft.com/.
  2. Navigate to the Calendar tab on the left-hand side.
  3. Select the Teams meeting from your Calendar.
  4. Click on the copy button next to the link.

Sharing the Teams meeting link

Once you click on the copy button next to the link, it will add the link to your clipboard. You can then choose to paste that link into an email, Brightspace course announcement, etc.
